Harry Styles is a British singer, songwriter, and actor who was born in Redditch, Worcestershire, England, on February 1, 1994. As one of the founding members of the boy band One Direction, he is most recognized for his numerous chart-topping singles and albums as well as his enormous success as a solo artist. In order to compete on the British music competition TV show The X Factor, Harry Styles joined One Direction in 2010. He went on to pursue a solo career, become an actor, and leave a lasting impression on the fashion industry.
Anne Twist and Desmond Styles, Harry Styles‘ parents, reared him in Holmes Chapel, Cheshire, England. His mother raised him and his older sister, Gemma, when his parents split when he was seven years old. He started his musical career as the lead singer of a band named White Eskimo while attending Holmes Chapel Comprehensive School.
